From 2014 to 2017, Mr. Qian worked in the Tianjin Procuratorate as a investigator of job-related crimes. After then, he has worked as a research manager for intellectual property rights at the National Industrial Information Security Development Research Center and a legal manager in a state-owned enterprise.

As a full-time lawyer, Mr.Qian specializes in real estate and construction, historical issues of state-owned enterprises, dispute resolution, intellectual property, and civil&criminal intersectional legal issues. He has also provided long-term legal services for multiple state-owned enterprises, and has represented China International Economic Cooperation Investment Co., Ltd. in a dispute over directors’, supervisors’ and senior executives’ liabilities for damages to the interests of shareholder, represented SINOMACH Foundry and Forging Machinery Co., Ltd. in a series of sales contract disputes with six subsidiaries of Hefei Changqing Machinery Co., Ltd., and represented Zhang in a highest court retrial case of a civil lending dispute. In addition, he has provided legal services in multiple projects regarding transfer of state-owned assets and the construction of compliance system for state-owned enterprises.
