Constance Zhao has been actively practicing law since 2015. Prior to joining V&T Law Firm, she was formerly a Senior Associate at Allbright Law offices in Shanghai and later served as an Associate Partner at Shanghai office of Rödl & Partner.

 

Mrs. Zhao has been extensively involved in a variety of domestic investment and M&A projects of foreign entities, including those from Hong Kong and Taiwan. She has also provided these clients with follow-up legal services, focusing on their post-transaction operations and risk management.
