Mr. Xu Zhiguang passed lawyer qualification examination in 1988, obtained securities legal service qualification in the first batch in 1994, and further obtained sole director qualification of listed company in 1999. Mr. Xu worked in Shenzhen International Business Law Firm, Guangdong Win & Sun Law Firm (founder and partner) and V & T Law Firm respectively since 1989. Issued law opinions for IPO of Shenzhen Energy, Wanxiang Qianchao and other enterprises, and acted as underwriter’s lawyer of several IPO projects of China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd; acted as law consultant of Shenzhen Energy, Xinyi Glass, Huaye Real Estate and other listed companies and Shenzhen Securities Registration and Settlement Company; acted as diector or supervisor of Yinhua Fund, Zhuhai Orbita, Hwa Loilee Holding, Dingye Bank and other companies; acted as lawyer of People’s Bank of China Shenzhen Branch for reforming Yuanye Company; acted as Manager of bankruptcy and liquidation group of Southern Securities Co., Ltd. and director of Securities Business Department; acted as merger and reorganization lawyer of Shenzhen Southern Glass (car’s glass), Shenzhen Shenbao (the acquiring party), Huizhou Gas, Guangzhou Heyin Square and other companies and projects, as well as the due diligent investigation and special consultation lawyer of some privately offered funds, stock equity investment projects. Mr. Xu Zhiguang handled ten major actions involved with stock equity and real estate in the Supreme Court for Guangdong Modern International Exhibition Center, Xiamen Zhongxin Hotel, Shenzhen Bay Square and Beijing State Guest Hotel.
