She has advised companies in relation to IPO (A share issuance) such as Ningbo Xinhai Electric Co., Ltd., Shenzhen MYS Environmental Protection &Technology Company Ltd., Baolingbao Biology Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Zhenhui International Development Co., Ltd (main board, share issuance in HKEx), and C&O Pharmaceutical Technology (main board, share issuance in SGX); in connection with material assets reorganization and merger, such as Chongqing Changjiang River Water Transport Co., Ltd. and China Gezhouba Group Company Limited; with regard to company ownership reform such as Baotou Steel New Refractory Company, Huadong Switch, and Fuzhou Yichang Co., Ltd; and with respect to foreign investment, such as Inner Mongolia Nickel Hydrogen Battery Co., Ltd, and Inner Mongolia Nickel Hydrogen Battery Plate Co., Ltd.
