Since practiced law in 2000, Mr. Wu has focused on Real Estate and Construction. He has extensive experiences in the related real estate laws and provides full legal service for real estate companies of various specific steps. His clienteles include China National Real Estate Development Group Corporation, Beijing Wanke Enterprise Co., Ltd and Beijing Guangsha Capital Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. He had directed or participated in several projects including equity transfer, project assignmemt for real estate companies. He has also extensive experiences in corporation, contract, Investment and Financing, enterprise legal risk management and civil and commercial litigation and arbitration and etc. Mr. Wu had represented many companies involved in real estate litigations and arbitrations. Moreover, Mr. Wu continues to keep his legal services concept fresh and update the service forms to provide comprehensive, effective and practical legal risk management programs for all clienteles.
