Mr. Zhang handled the investment project of China (Hong Kong) Insurance Group Corporation at Waisha Island, Beihai, Dongguan Insurance Town project of Hong Kong Ming An Insurance Co., Ltd., merger and acquisition of assets of China National Petroleum Corporation and China Everbright Group Corporation, bankruptcy and acquisition of Maoming Acrylic Fiber Plant under Hong Kong Wanshang Investment Group, reorganization of Pingan Bank (previous Shenzhen Commercial Bank), acquisition of Guangzhou Huadu Tianmahe Real Estate Project of China National Real Estate Development Group Corporation, acquisition of Shanghai Pujiang New Town Real Estate project of Overseas Chinese Town Group as well as acquisition and financing of other projects.
